Recently, a number of families in the parish have been getting together to pray the rosary. This usually takes about twenty minutes and then we have some snacks while the children play. Its been good for the kids as well as the adults. We would love to have more families join us. (We have “cheat sheets” with the prayers and can share some of our extra rosaries.) This is really a wonderful experience! Our kids enjoy praying with the other kids and even though they sometimes forget the right words and they rarely sit perfectly still, I think that they still get something out of it. We have actually prayed the rosary as a family since then and the kids like to do it!
I highly recommend this to everyone in the parish with kids. And those without too!
